Policies

✦ Out of respect for our stylists’ time and other guests awaiting appointments, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes is mandatory as this time has been SPECIFICALLY RESERVED FOR YOU.
✦ Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service as we are unable to fill that reserved time. This fee will be required as a deposit before a future reservation is scheduled.
✦Late Policy
We diligently work to stay on time. If you are running a few minutes late, please contact your stylist immediately. Arriving late may necessitate shortening your service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time will require rescheduling and will be responsible for the full cost of the missed service.
✦Children
We strive to create a relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind and recharge. To ensure this enjoyable experience for every guest, children are not permitted to accompany you during your appointment.
✦Referral rewards can be used exclusively on retail.

✦Cash or credit cards accepted. Credit card processing is a standard 3% fee.
